Ren Hiramoto's mixed martial arts career is starting to pick up (MMA).

Hiramoto, who is 24, was a Featherweight star in K-1 before making his MMA debut on December 31, 2020.

he won his first two fights in a row, beating a seasoned veteran named Satoshi "Dominator" Yamasu in the main event of RIZIN Landmark 4 with a perfect performance.

Hiramoto still needs to get better before he can take on any champions. No matter what, he still has very high goals for his career.

Hiramoto told MMA Mania on BROADENED HORIZIN, "Sure, I'd like to be a UFC champion, but I'd like to prove myself as a man to be feared in Japan first.

" "Then we'll go to UFC and beat all these top guys to become champions. So, I sort of watch myself like a movie. I believe I can do that.

"I like Jiri Prochazka a lot because he's the kind of fighter who makes you think of the word "brutal." I really like that, so I can't wait to be just like him in the UFC."

Prochazka, the current UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, is one of the best examples of a RIZIN champion who went on to have the most success possible.

Like "Denisa," Hiramoto is good at striking, which led him to train with Rufusport and people like Sergio Pettis, who won the Bellator Bantamweight title in 2021.

The Atlanta Braves would like to retain All-Star shortstop Dansby Swanson during MLB free agency. He’s coming off a career-best season, is still only 28 years old.

According to this note from The Athletic’s David O’Brien (h/t MLB.com), there’s a belief that Swanson has priced himself out of the Braves’ market.

“I think they’re going to wait to see what the market [is], if he comes back to where they’re comfortable paying him, but I don’t think Dansby’s going to.

Grissom was a top-10 prospect of the Braves back in 2021 before making his MLB debut this past season. He hit a solid .291 with five homers, 18 RBI, and a .792 OPS in 41 games as a rookie.
